A spreadsheet containing a screenshot of SBL records SBL36165 and
SBL42891, and a report detailing the connection each domain name
had to these SBL records has been attached to this message for your
review. ?At this point you have three options available to you, each is
outlined below: ?----- Option # 1: Have your domain names removed from the
Spamhaus.org blacklist. ?Visit Spamhaus.org to view their removal policies. Follow their
procedures to remove the SBL36165 and SBL42891 records. To
reactivate your domain names, respond to this message with the
following: ?1. A statement that SBL36165 and SBL42891 have been removed
from the Spamhaus.org blacklist. 2. A statement that your (or your clients, employees, affiliates, 3rd
party marketers, etc.) actions will no longer result in the blacklisting
of your domain names. 3. Authorization for GoDaddy.com to charge a $199 non-refundable
administration fee to the credit card on file for your account for each
domain name you wish to reactivate (you may want to log into your Go
Daddy account and confirm that the card on file is valid and has not
expired). 4. A detailed list of exactly which domain names you wish to
reactivate. 5. A grand total of exactly how much you are authorizing Go Daddy to
charge to your credit card (example 4 domain names = $796). ?----- Option # 2: Transfer your domain names to another registrar.
?If the solution outlined in option #1 is not agreeable to you, or you
are unable to comply with these terms, you will need to transfer your
domain names to another registrar. We first require that you pay a $50
administration fee for each domain name you wish to transfer. This fee
is used to cover the costs Go Daddy has incurred addressing your
Spamhaus blacklisting. ?You will need to provide the following in your reply: ?1. A statement that you will initiate the transfer of your domain
names to a new registrar within the next 24 hours. ?2. Authorization for GoDaddy.com to charge a $50 administration fee
to the credit card on file for your account for each domain name you
wish to transfer (again, you may want to log into your Go Daddy account
and confirm that the card on file is valid and has not expired). ?3. A detailed list of exactly which domain names you wish to transfer
away. ?4. A grand total of exactly how much you are authorizing Go Daddy to
charge to your credit card (example 4 domain names = $200 dollars).
----- Option # 3: Allow your domain names to remain suspended until
they expire. ?Suspended domain names will not be released for transfer or into the
registration pool until they expire and are redeemed by the registry.
